  - Absolutely zero refunds or returns  
- Pictures posted on PrimasHQ.com is the sole property of the page and represents PrimasHQ.com.
- Vendors:  PrimasHQ.com works and contracts with a number of different vendors.  Do not ask for vendor information.

LIVE SALES:  
- All claims must be done using the correct given claim Word/Number.
- Once you claim an item, it is yours.  You cannot remove items from your bag.
- All sales are final. Items are sold As-Is.
- You are responsible for 100% of shipping costs.
- Invoices are to be paid within 24 hours once received. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Non-Payers are blocked from Prima's Prizes Group Page. NO EXCEPTIONS.

SHIPPING:
PrimasHQ.com uses Pirateship to get the best/cheapest shipping rates available through USPS and UPS. The best/cheapest method of shipping will be used.  Once your item has shipped, PrimasHQ.com is not responsible for lost/damaged packages or delays as that is the carriers responsibility. All packages include carrier insurance.  Local pick-up and drop-off (depending on location) is available.
